Who we are

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your message
• Your location (Belgium / Netherlands / Germany / Elsewhere)
• Your preferred language

No other data is collected. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your message. Your details are not used for marketing, not added to any mailing list, and not shared with third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it

We keep your message and contact details for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last exchange.

Form processing

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service located in the United States. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have it corrected or erased
• Restrict or object to its processing
• Receive it in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time
